Truck and trailer repair shops

Road calls answered. Fleet work followed up.

Techs are short, parts are on order, and the phone keeps ringing. We set up the phone and follow-up side for independent truck and trailer shops, so a driver with a truck down gets an answer and the fleets in your service radius hear back. Road calls and scheduled work slip in different places, so there are two versions.

Road-service and breakdown shops

Road calls don't leave voicemails.

A driver with a truck down calls down the list until somebody picks up. Every hour the truck sits is downtime, so when everyone's under a truck, or it's 11 at night, the next shop that answers gets the road call.

What commonly happens

  • The phone rings while everyone's under a truck, and the driver calls the next shop instead of leaving a message.
  • A tech is out on a road call when the next one rings in, and nobody at the shop can take it.
  • Night and weekend road calls go to voicemail, or to whoever has the shop phone that night.
  • The location, unit, what's wrong and who's paying get scribbled down half-heard, and someone has to call back to check.
  • Drivers choose from the map in seconds, and the shop with more recent reviews often gets the call.
  • The local company whose truck got fixed never hears from the shop again.

What changes

TodayWith Front Office Crew
A call nobody can answer rings out, and the driver calls the next shop. The caller gets a text back within seconds, so they can reply instead of calling someone else.
After hours, road calls go to voicemail. An AI assistant answers, says it's an AI, takes the location, unit, what's wrong and who's paying, and texts it straight to whoever's on call.
Reviews come in only when a driver remembers to leave one.Every finished job gets a review request by text. Every review gets a reply, and you hear about a 1–3 star review straight away.
Hours, services and photos on the Google listing go out of date.We keep your Google Business Profile complete, including road-service hours if you run 24/7.
Texts, web chats and Facebook messages land in different places. They all land in one inbox with a phone app, and each one gets an instant reply.
A local company whose truck you fixed comes back only if it remembers you. After the job, local customers get a thank-you with your fleet account details.

Not every shop needs every row. On the 15-minute call we'll say which ones you'd need.

Example, not a promise: Fullbay puts the most common heavy-duty work order at about $800. If one missed road call a month would have become a job, that's about $800 a month. On the call we redo it with your numbers.

How it works

  1. We check your shopWe call after hours in our own name, look at your listing and reviews, and send you a free 2-minute video of what we found.
  2. We agree the goalOn a 15-minute call we agree what the first 30 days should achieve, such as road calls caught after hours. If we don't reach it, we refund your first month's fee.
  3. We set it up and run itOn your shop number, next to the shop software you already use. You approve each part before it goes live, and get a plain count every month.

Shops that run on fleet work

Steady fleet work, not more random calls.

Most local fleets of 5 to 50 trucks in a shop's service radius are private business fleets: roofers, distributors, builders. They pick a shop through relationships and referrals, often check it on Google before they commit, and stay for quick in, quick out: less downtime, and a shop that calls them back.

What commonly happens

  • A fleet manager with a truck down calls in the morning rush, gets voicemail, and tries another shop.
  • Annual DOT inspections come due every year, and the reminder depends on someone remembering to send it.
  • Fleet proposals go out and nobody follows up.
  • A fleet that used the shop every month drifts to another one, and new work hides the gap.
  • A fleet manager looks the shop up and finds no fleet page and a handful of old reviews.

A fleet manager's call goes to voicemail in the morning rush.Every missed call gets a text back within seconds. If you run 24/7, an AI assistant (it says it's an AI) answers after hours and texts the details to whoever's on call.
A fleet manager checking the website finds nothing about fleet work.A fleet services page with an account application, so a fleet can ask to open an account in one go.
The annual DOT inspection reminder depends on someone remembering.Date-based reminders go out on their own, such as the annual DOT inspection. Mileage- and engine-hour PM stays in your shop software.
Fleet proposals go out and wait.Every proposal gets followed up until you get a yes or a no.
A fleet account that's gone quiet goes unnoticed.Once a month, accounts that haven't been in for a while get a check-in, and you get a list of who to call.
Reviews come in only when someone remembers.Every finished job gets a review request, and every review gets a reply.

Not every shop needs every row. On the 15-minute call we'll say which ones you'd need.

Example, not a promise: at about $0.22 a mile in repair and maintenance (ATRI, 2025), a local truck running 30,000–60,000 miles a year costs roughly $6,000–13,000 to keep on the road, so a 10-truck fleet spends about $60,000–130,000 a year. Part of that goes to whichever outside shop it trusts.

How it works

  1. We check your shopWe look at your website, listing and reviews the way a fleet manager would, call in our own name, and send you a free 2-minute video of what we found.
  2. We agree the goalOn a 15-minute call we agree what the first 30 days should achieve, such as every missed call answered and every open proposal followed up. If we don't reach it, we refund your first month's fee.
  3. We build it and run itThe fleet page, the reminders and the follow-ups, next to your shop software. You approve each part before it goes live, and get a plain count every month.

Plain numbers, and it stays yours

A plain count every month

One page: road calls answered, missed calls caught, quotes and fleet proposals chased, and the jobs booked from them (the ones you mark as booked). No traffic charts, rankings or clicks.

Your number, your say

It stays your shop's phone number. You see every call and message in one app, and nothing goes out in your name until you've approved what it says.

Month to month

No contract. We agree a 30-day goal before you start, and if we don't reach it, your first month's fee comes back. The one-time setup fee pays for the build and isn't refundable.

Straight answers: what this doesn't fix

It sits next to your shop software, whether that's Fullbay or anything else. It doesn't replace it, and it doesn't fix the things that hold most shops back:

  • Finding techs. We don't recruit.
  • Parts delays and parts pricing.
  • Mileage- or engine-hour-based PM, VMRS-coded invoices and fleet portals. Keep your shop software for those.
  • Comchek, EFS and T-Chek payments. Those need a fleet payment processor.
  • Tech schedules, bay time and labor efficiency. Those stay in your shop software.
  • Cash flow on net-30 fleet terms. Getting paid stays with your invoicing.
  • Winning the fleet. That still takes a visit and a handshake. We keep the follow-up going; we don't sell for you.

Dollar figures on this page are examples, not promises. On the call we work them out with your numbers.
